FUTURE SHOWS! What next? Well, we know we’ll start rehearsals in the Spring for the wonderfully entertaining next show, “Kiss Me Kate”. But we need to think hard about the following year so that we can book the performing rights for the right show for us and our audiences. If you’de like to be involved in the process of choosing a show to recommend to the committee, why not volunteer for the Show Selection committee? Contact Cat.
A RICHLY DESERVED Honorary Life Membership Certificate was presented to former simultaneous Secretary and President John Fleming at the last rehearsal/social evening of the season by President Catherine Gemmell, to resounding applause!

We had a great after-show party at the Bentley Hotel on Friday, 16th November with great disco by Maggie and a surprise “Oliver!” Awards ceremony hosted by Laura. The next Society event is on Thursday 22nd November at 7.30 - the annual Mass in the OLHS chapel at 7.30pm, followed by the “Oliver!” Review Meeting. Any member who still has a score needs to get it back to Cat immediately to avoid financial penalty against the Society!
